Managing User Notes

Navigate to: Customers  > Users > Notes

Administrators can add notes to each user’s account by using a rich text box. Multiple notes can be created and saved.

DetailDescription
Note TitleEnter a title for the note.
Note BodyEnter the description for the note.

Add Notes

  • Click the “Add New” button.

  • Add Note details.

  • Save progress using the "Save" button.

  • The page reloads with action confirmation.

  • The new note is now added.

Edit Notes

  • Click the “Edit” icon.

  • Edit Note details.

  • Save progress using the "Save" button.

  • The page reloads with action confirmation.

  • The note is now edited.

Delete Notes

  • Click the “Delete” icon.

  • The page reloads with action confirmation.

  • The note is now deleted.
