Configuring a Price List

Navigate to: OMS > Pricing Engine

Pricing Detail

Description

Code

This is the unique internal value for the price list

Name

This indicated the name of the price list. E.g. Christmas Special Pricing.

Currency

Select the currency from the drop-down. The price is displayed along with the currency selected.

Culture

Select the currency culture of a suitable country for your store. Prices are displayed to Customers according to the store-level currency.

Activation date

Select the activation date from the date-picker. The price is displayed from the date of selection.

Expiration Date

The price expires if the expiration date is selected from the date-picker.

Select Template

Select a Price Template from the drop-down.

File Name

Browse storage for pricing files to import

Viewing Associated Products

Navigate to: OMS > Pricing Engine > Edit Price List > Associated Products tab

These are the product SKUs in your Pricing List. The "Associated Products" section is used to associate a list with specific Product SKUs.

Pricing Detail

Description

SKU

Select SKU from the Associate SKU panel.

Retail Price

Enter the retail price for the product.

Sales Price

Enter the sale price for the product. The sale price is displayed by overriding the retail price on PDP.

Tier Price

Tiered pricing enables you to specify a product price based on the number of items ordered

Quantity

Enter the tier start quantity. The administrator can enter multiple quantities for the SKU.

Price

Enter the discounted price for the SKU.

Associated Products

  1. On the “Associated Products” tab, click the “Add New” button
  2. Add Detail to Associate SKU to Pricing
  3. Save progress using the "Save" button

Edit Associated Products

  1. On the “Associated Products” tab, click the “Edit” icon
  2. Edit Associated SKU details
  3. Save progress using the "Save" button

Delete Associated Products

  1. On the “Associated Products” tab, click the “Delete” icon
  2. The page reloads with action confirmation.
  3. The associated product is deleted.

Viewing Associated Stores

In the Associated Stores tab, Administrators can view which stores are associated with the price list.

Delete Associated Store

  1. On the “Associated Stores” tab, click the “Delete” icon
  2. The page reloads with action confirmation.
  3. The associated store is deleted.

Note: No record is displayed if no record is associated with the Price List.

Viewing Associated Profiles

In the Associated Profiles tab, Administrators can view which profiles are associated with the price list.

Delete Associated Profiles

  1. On the “Associated Profiles” tab, click the “Delete” icon
  2. The page reloads with action confirmation.
  3. The associated profile is deleted.

Note: No record is displayed if no record is associated with the Price List.

Associated Users

In the Associated Users tab, Administrators can view which users are associated with the Price List.

Delete Associated Users

  1. On the “Associated Users” tab, click the “Delete” icon
  2. The page reloads with action confirmation.
  3. The associated user is deleted.

Note: No record is displayed if no record is associated with the Price List.

Associated Accounts

In the Associated user, Administrators can view which Accounts are associated with the Price List.

Delete Associated Accounts

  1. On the “Associated Accounts” tab, click the “Delete” icon
  2. The page reloads with action confirmation.
  3. The associated account is deleted.

Note: No record is displayed if no record is associated with the Price List.
