Navigate to: OMS > Inventory

Warehouses track the inventory of Products. When inventory is created for the first time, the SKU will be associated with a warehouse by default. Then, when a product is purchased, the inventory assigned to the SKU is updated.

1. Warehouses are used as the originating address when calculating shipping.
2. Administrators can associate alternate Warehouses with an SKU. In the event the primary Warehouses are out of stock, inventory will be used from the alternate Warehouses.
3. Administrators can choose not to associate an SKU with a Warehouse.

Add Warehouses

Navigate to: OMS > Warehouses > "Add new" button

1. On the Warehouse list page, click the “Add New” button

2. Complete the warehouse details

3. Save progress with the "Save" button. The "Associated SKUs'' tab now appears. The SKUs that have been associated with the Warehouse can be viewed here.

Edit Warehouses

Navigate to: OMS > Warehouses > "Edit" action

1. On the Warehouse list page, click the “Edit” icon

2. Update warehouse details

3. Save progress with the "Save" button.

Delete Warehouses

1. On the Warehouse list page, click the “delete” icon

2. The page reloads with action confirmation.

3. The warehouse is now deleted.
