Managing Sales Reps

Navigate to: Customers & Users > Sales Reps

The Sales Reps page displays the list of registered Sales Reps. Administrators can manage the Sales Reps of all the Stores from here.

Administrators can view and filter the Sales Reps from the Stores >> Sales Reps.

Note: The "Tool" feature can Enable Sales Reps, Disable Sales Reps, and Reset User Passwords.

Adding a Sales Rep

Navigate to: Customers & Users > Sales Reps > “Add New” button

Note: The application does not allow the creation of a User with the same Username Detail. Two different Stores can have Sales Reps with the same Username.

  1. Complete Sales Rep Details

  2. Save progress using the "Save" button

  3. New Sales Reps are now added

Note: Sales Reps created using this section will have a system-defined administrator role named Sales Rep.

Deleting a Sales Rep

Navigate to: Customers & Users > Sales Reps > “Delete” button

  1. Click the “Delete” icon.

  2. The page reloads with action confirmation.

  3. Sales Reps are now deleted.
