Managing Admin Users

Navigate to: Dev Center > Admin Users > “Manage” button

It might not be possible for a single administrator to manage multiple live stores. In Znode, a Super Admin can create Store Administrators in the Admin Users section.

Only two types of Administrators exist; 

  1. Super Administrator 
  2. Store Administrator.

Store Administrator permissions are determined by the Super Admin via editing an existing Store Admin Role Name and Stores details. The Store Administrator can only access the modules for which access has been given. A store can be managed by one or more Store Administrators.

Adding an Admin User

Navigate to: Dev Center > Admin Users > “Add New” button

  1. Click the “Add New” button.

  2. Add Admin Users Detail.

  3. Save progress using the "Save" button.

  4. Store Admin is now added.

Note: Store Administrators must be activated (see below) after initial creation before any special Admin permissions are activated.

Editing an Admin User

Navigate to: Dev Center > Admin Users > “Edit” button

  1. Click the “edit” Icon.
  2. Edit Admin Users Detail.
  3. Save progress using the "Save" button.
  4. Store Admin is now added.

Activating an Admin User

Navigate to: Dev Center > Admin Users > “Tools” button > “Activate”

  1. Select Store Administrators to be activated.

  2. Using the "Tools" button, select the "Activate" option in the menu. The Page reloads confirming the action.

  3. Store Administrator is now activated.

Deactivating an Admin User

Navigate to: Dev Center > Admin Users > “Tools” button > “Deactivate”

  1. Select Store Administrators to be deactivated.

  2. Using the "Tools" button, select the "Deactivate" option in the menu. The Page reloads confirming the action.

  3. The Store Administrator is now deactivated.
