Navigate to: Accounts & Users > Admin Users
Administrators can convert any Customer account to an Admin account from the Add New Admin User page. To convert a customer account into respective admin account following steps can be performed:
Go to Admin >> Admin User
Click on Add new
Add customer's user name in the Username/Email Address field, add the other required details, and click on Save
A confirmation pop-up is displayed.
Click on OK and the customer account is converted to the respective admin account.
Note: Once a customer account has been converted to an admin account, it cannot be converted back to the customer account again.
