Navigate to: Marketing > Product Reviews
A Product Review is a feedback on a product a customer has purchased. Administrators can edit or remove a product review from this section.
Managing Product Reviews via Store Settings
Administrators can manage Product Review settings from the Manage Store - General tab section using the "Default Customer Review Status" field.
- When "Publish Immediately" is selected, no approval is required for a review to be displayed on the product details page.
- When “Do Not Publish Require Moderator Approval” is selected, then unless a review is approved, it will not be displayed on the product details page.
