Navigate to: Dev Center > Global Settings > Locales Tab
Out-of-the-box, all potential Locales are displayed on the Locales tab of the Global Settings section.
A Locale option must be set as "Is Active" in order to be viewable as a valid option when changing the language used in a webstore. Only an active Locale can be set as the default locale. Activating and default settings can be accessed under the Tools feature.
Note: Each store in Znode can have different Locale settings. The store-level locale settings are configured in the Stores > Manage Stores section.
