Navigate to: Admin > Shipping > "Add New" button
Add Shipping Type and Shipping Details.
Use "Custom" to override pricing for Shipping Types for FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Only the Display Name is seen by the Customer.
Save progress with the "Save" button. The page reloads with action confirmation.
The Shipping Method is now complete.
If using "Shipping Type: Custom": The "Associated Rules" tab can now be seen and can be used to associate Shipping Rules with the Shipping Method. Administrators will need to associate Shipping Rules before the Shipping Method is complete. Shipping Rules are associated with the Shipping Class on the "Associated Rules" tab.
