Configuring the Reasons for Return

Navigate to: Admin > RMA Configuration > Reason For Return-level

Reason

Enter the reason as appears to the Customers

Is Active

Select Yes to enable the Reason For Return.

Adding a Reason For Return

Navigate to: Admin > RMA Configuration > Reason For Return-level > "Add New" button

  1. Add Reason

  2. Select Is Active as Yes or No depending on whether the reason needs to be enabled or disabled.

  3. Save progress using the "Save" button. The page reloads with action confirmation.

  4. Reason For Return is now added.

Edit Reason For Return

Navigate to: Admin > RMA Configuration > Reason For Return-level > "Edit" action

  1. Update Reason

  2. Update Is Active as Yes or No depending on whether the reason needs to be enabled or disabled.

  3. Save progress using the "Save" button. The page reloads with action confirmation.

  4. Reason For Return is now updated. 

Delete Reason For Return

Navigate to: Admin > RMA Configuration > Reason For Return-level > "Delete" action

  1. The page reloads with action confirmation.

  2. Reason For Return is now deleted.
