Overview
The Service Requests section is a centralized location for Administrators to create, manage, and respond to customer inquiries, issues, feedback, and support requests.
The Service Requests section displays requests across all Znode stores accessible to the Administrator, providing a single location to monitor customer communications and track request resolution.
Administrators can create Service Requests directly from the Admin Console, maintain communication history, add internal notes, and respond to customers within the request record.
Service Requests can originate from:
- Manual creation by Administrators in the Admin Console.
- The Storefront Contact Us form submitted by a customer.
- The feedback form displayed on the order confirmation page and submitted by a customer.

Notes and Limitations

- Service Requests created through both the Admin Console and Storefront are stored in the same Service Requests area within OMS.
- Communication history includes email interactions associated with the Service Request.
- Internal notes can be used to document follow-up actions, progress updates, and resolution details without exposing information to customers.
