Managing User Profiles

Navigate to: Customers > User Profiles

User Profiles is a central location in Znode where Administrators can create and manage User Profiles for all stores. In this section, Administrators can associate specific Catalogs, Shipping, and Payment Methods with a profile. Administrators can also configure user access to CMS Pages in the webstore. Store-level and User Profile-level associations are used to determine which Content Pages are shown to users in the webstore. 

If a User could be displayed multiple Pages based on their User Profile, the Profile with the greatest precedence will be displayed.

User Profile Details

Profile NameName for User Profile
Tax-ExemptIf "This profile has Tax Exempt status" is enabled, then this customer will get tax benefits while checkout the order.

Adding a User Profile

  • Click on Add new from customers> user profiles 
  • Complete User Profile details
  • Save progress using the "Save" button. The page will reload with action confirmation.
  • New User Profile is now complete.

Edit User Profile

Navigate to: Customers  > User Profiles > “Edit” Action

  • Update User Profile details
  • Save progress using the "Save" button.
  • The page will reload with action confirmation.
  • The existing User Profile is now edited.

Deleting a User Profile

Navigate to: Customers  > User Profiles > “Delete” Action

  • The page will reload with action confirmation.
  • The existing User Profile has now been deleted.
