Navigate to: CMS > Store Experience > choose your store > Sections > Footer

The store footer is blank by default.  The store footer is edited using the page builder. You may add any object needed to the footer.

To see your footer in the page editor select the Save For Preview button.

To see the store footer on the webstore select the publish button.
