Znode allows you to define personalized experiences for your shoppers to meet the needs and demands of your business and sales teams. One of the things you can do is present different users with a different catalog.
You define catalogs for the following:
- The Store
- A User Profile
- An Account
When the user logs in, Znode decides which catalog to use. It uses the following rules:
- When a user account is not associated with a B2B Account
- If a Catalog is associated with the default User Profile
- The Catalog associated with the User Profile should be displayed on the web store
- Else, if Enable Profile Based Catalog setting is disabled at Store level and Store Settings are published
- The Catalog associated with the Store should be displayed on the web store
- Else, if no Catalog is associated with the default User Profile
