This is one of the sample page templates included with the theme out-of-box. This template allows you to present a search page with a video at the top. two Content Page Widgets and a predefined search.

Steps to configure this page:

1. Use a Simple search with Video Template
2. Set your store
3. Make it available for all user profiles
4. Save and Publish (to edit)
5. Configure four widgets:
   1. Choose a Video
   2. Enter the content for the two Content Page Widgets
   3. Enter a search phrase

6. Publish the final page
