Managing Accounts

Navigate to:  Customers > Accounts

The Accounts section is a central location in Znode where Administrators can create and manage B2B Accounts for all Stores.

Adding an Account

Navigate to:  Customers > Accounts > Add New button

  • Complete all Account Details

  • Save progress using the "Save" button. The page reloads with additional tabs. Additional tabs can be managed to configure Accounts.

  • New Account is now added.

Deleting an Account

Navigate to: Customers > Accounts > Delete Action

  • The page reloads with the delete action confirmation.

  • The account is now deleted.

Child Accounts and Catalog Association Behavior


Child accounts automatically inherit the catalog assigned to their parent account. Whether the parent account uses a default catalog or a specifically assigned catalog, that catalog is treated as the default catalog for all associated child accounts.


Examples:


Scenario 1: Default Catalog

Parent: ABC Corporation (Associated Store Catalog)

Result: Child inherits and uses the same catalog as its default.

Scenario 2: Specific Catalog

Parent: XYZ Industries (Specific Catalog Selected)

Result: Specific catalog of the parent is treated as the child’s default catalog.
