The Contact Us page, allows a user to enter information to receive a contact back from your customer support team. All submissions from this form are posted to the admin Service Requests area. This form is created as a page template. To be modified you will need a developer to update it.
The Contact Us form is not linked to the navigation out-of-box. You can link it into your navigation using the URL /caserequest/contactus
You can optionally enable captcha for the Contact Us page.
