A user has the option to initiate a return from an order history page or from their my account page. This feature is available to both logged-in and not-logged-in users.
Not-logged-in users can use the Track Order feature to find an order.
The following features are available on this page:
- Select the order which you want to create a return for.
- Choose the reason for the return.
- Choose the quantity and products they want to return.
- Enter notes about the return.
- Submit the Return request.
