Accounts and RoleTypes
Admins can create different accounts and associate different users with this account. Different profiles can be associated with this account.
While associating users with this account there are three users that can be assigned: Administrator, Manager, and User.
User Roles
- Administrator
- Manager
- User
Administrators can assign Users to an existing B2B account. There are different roles under an account to which a user can belong to.
Configure multiple ‘Bill To’ and ‘Ship To’ addresses
In this tab, Administrators can handle and configure multiple ‘Bill To’ and ‘Ship To’ addresses within Znode. There are two methods within Znode to configure Bill To’s & Ship To’s:
- Using the account entity where the account entity has its own address book. These addresses can become Bill to or Ship to addresses and any user associated with that account will inherit those Bill To and Ship To addresses (the reference of the address book is that the account has addresses associated with it).
- Using the sub-entities of an account that requires different Bill To’s & Ship To’s. This would involve setting up a child account within Znode, a parent account that has multiple child accounts can be used. The multiple child accounts will have different Bill To’s & Ship To’s addresses associated with them.
Business Use Case
An account has multiple buyers, and the multiple buyers need to have the corporate Bill To’s & Ship To’s associated with them while having the capabilities for the buyer to have their own Ship To’s.
Solution
Set up the account entity and associated the users with it. In order to efficiently create Ship To’s for multiple users, the import feature is used, creating the address book for the user.
Note - If this still doesn’t help solve the multiple Bill To and Ship To problems, please reach out to Znode support or the Expert Consulting team for further consultation.
