Managing Account Notes

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Navigate to: Customers > Accounts > Notes

The administrator can add notes to each Account to document various changes to the account for historical documentation purposes.

Add Notes

  1. Add Note details

  2. Save progress using the "Save" button

Edit Notes

  1. Edit Note details

  2. Save progress using the "Save" button. The page reloads with action confirmation.

  3. The note is now edited.

Delete Notes

  1. The page will reload with action confirmation.

  2. The note is now deleted.
