Navigate to: Stores & Reps > B Stores > Manage > General Info
To start, B Stores must be saved using General Information before additional tabs for B Store configuration will be displayed. After a B Store is saved the first time, all the remaining B Store details can be managed via the “Manage” action.
General Info Settings

Open Date | Optional Open Date for the B Store |
Close Date | Optional Close Date for the B Store |
Catalog Name | Select an existing Catalog to associate to the B Store |
Do you want to Specify Products? | Set to Yes to filter products from the catalog, using the Products tab Set to No to use the all Products associated to the Catalog |
Price List | Select an existing Price List to associate to the B Store |
Access Method | Defaults to Subdomain |
Subdomain | Enter a custom Subdomain for the B Store (must be unique across all B Stores for the same store) |
Users can Self-Register | Set to Yes to allow users to self register on the B Store Set to No to disable user registration for the B Store |
Login Required | Set to Yes to require users to login before accessing the B Store Set to No to allow guest users to access the B Store |
Show Pricing | Set to Yes to show pricing on the B Store Set to No to not show pricing on the B Store |
Customer Service Email | Enter a Customer Service email address to display to shoppers of the B Store. |
Customer Service Phone | Enter a Customer Service phone number to display to shoppers of the B Store. |
Select the “Save” button to save the general information.
Important: A B Store must have both Approved set to Yes, and Active set to Yes to be accessible from the defined subdomain on the store defined B Store URL. Also, if the open and close dates are specified the B Store will only be available during the defined date range.
