Store - B Store Settings

Navigate to: Stores & Reps > Stores > Manage > B Store Settings

The Stores section of Znode is the central place where administrators can conveniently manage store-level settings. Open the store to be configured.

From Store Settings select B Store Settings on the left.

Setting

Description

Enable B Stores

If Enable B Stores is set to No, all other fields below Enable B Stores will be hidden.

If Enable B Stores is set to Yes, all other fields below Enable B Stores will be visible.

Request B Store Page

Request B Store Page enables the user to register for the B Store program.

If the Request B Store Page is set to Yes, the user is able to see the request call to action in the My Account section.

If the Request B Store Page is set to No, the user wouldn’t be able to see the request call to action in the My Account section.

Auto Approved

This flag is used to control the default auto-approval of B Stores created from the Storefront.

If Auto Approved is set to Yes, then new B Stores will have their Approved flag set to Yes.

If Auto Approved is set to No, then new B Stores will have the Approved flag set to No, and an Administrator will have to approve the B Store.

Theme

The Theme drop-down displays the lists of all Themes available. The administrator can select a default Theme to be used for all new B Stores.

CSS

The administrator can select a default CSS to be used for all new B Stores.

B Store Domain

The domain entered here will be the main domain for each B Store Subdomain. Each B store will have its subdomain prepended to this URL. 

Ensure that you have a wildcard domain created, and registered in DNS, and in the IIS server.

Associate Catalogs for B Store

Navigate to: Stores & Reps > Stores > Manage > B Store Settings


Catalogs that will be used in the B Store come from this set of Catalogs associated with the Store.

  1. Use the “Associate Catalogs” button to browse for unassigned Catalogs. 
  2. Select the Catalog(s) and “Save”. The page reloads with a confirmation of progress.
  3. The Catalog is now associated.
  4. For “Default Catalog”, specify any catalog with the Is Default Catalog to Yes. Only one out of many Catalog can be set as Default Catalog. This catalog will be selected as the initial default for new B Stores.
  5. For “Manage in B Store”, please set any catalog’s Manage in B Store to Yes. The catalogs set to yes, allow the user from the storefront to select those catalogs.  Those set to no can only be selected for a B Store by an Administrator in the admin console.


Note: To disassociate a catalog, use the “Delete” action. This removes the association to the catalog, It can be reassociated at any time.

Associate Price Lists for B Store

Navigate to: Stores & Reps > Stores > Manage > B Store Settings


Price Lists that will be used in the B Store come from this set of Price Lists associated with the Store.

  1. Use the “Associate Price” button to browse unassigned Price Lists. 
  2. Select the price list(s) and “Save”. The page reloads with confirmation of progress.
  3. The Price List is now associated.
  4. For “Default Pricing”, please specify any price lists with the Is Default Price List to Yes. Only one out of many price lists can be set as a Default Price list. This price list will be selected as the initial default for new B Stores.
  5. For “Manage in B Store”, please set any price list’s Manage in B Store to Yes. 
  6. The price lists set to yes, allow the user from the storefront to select those price lists.  Those set to no can only be selected for a B Store by an Administrator in the admin console.
