Managing Users - B Store Access (In Admin)

Navigate to: Stores & Reps > B Stores > Manage > Users


The Users page displays the list of registered users. Administrators can manage view, and filter the users of the B Stores from here. The list displays the user information including Full Name, Username, Email Id, and Role Name. The Role Name for any user in the B Store can be User, Manager, or Owner.


Manage User

Navigate to: Stores & Reps > B Stores > Manage > Users > “Manage” action

  1. Manage User Details
  2. Save progress using the “Save” button
  3. Edited user information is now updated

Adding User

Navigate to: Stores & Reps > B Stores > Manage > Users > “Add New” action

  1. Complete Users Details
  2. Save progress using the "Save" button
  3. A New User has now added

Note: Znode does not allow the creation of a user with the same username within the same B Store.


Delete Users

Navigate to: Stores & Reps > B Stores > Manage > Users > “Delete” action

  1. The page reloads with action confirmation. The user is now deleted.

Enable or Disable Users

Navigate to: Stores & Reps > B Stores > Manage > Users > Enable of Disable (action icon)

  1. The page reloads with action confirmation. The user is enabled or disabled.

Quote History

  1. When clicking on the Quote history action icon, the administrator will be shown the list of quotes for the user.
  2. The quote history list page includes Quote No, Customer Name, Store Name, Quote Date, Quote Status, and Total.
    1. The Quote No is hyperlinked, when clicked it will show the quote detail page.


Order History

  1. When clicking on the Order History action icon, the administrator will be shown the list of order for the user.
  2. The order history list page includes Order No, Customer Name, Order Status, Payment Status, Payment Name, Total, and Order Date.
    1. The Order No is hyperlinked, when clicked it will show the order detail page.
