Managing Frequently Bought Product Suggestions

Overview

Frequently Bought Product Suggestions help improve the shopper shopping experience by displaying related products that are commonly purchased together. Administrators can associate products within Znode so that buyers are presented with relevant recommendations on the Storefront, helping increase product discovery and potential order value.

Prerequisites

The user must have Administrator access to the Znode Admin Console.
The user ensures that the products to be associated already exist in the product catalog.

Use Case

Use Frequently Bought Product Suggestions to:

Recommend complementary or companion products.
Promote products that are commonly purchased together.
Improve product visibility and cross-selling opportunities.
Enhance the buyer experience with relevant product recommendations.

Add Frequently Bought Product Suggestions

Follow these steps to associate products as frequently bought recommendations:

In the Admin Console, navigate to PIM > Products.
The admin user opens the product to be managed.
Select the Frequently Bought tab from the product details page.
Click Assign Link Products.
In the product selection window, select one or more products you want to associate with the current product.
Click Save. The selected products are added to the Frequently Bought Products list.
Review the associated products displayed in the list.
The user clicks Save as Draft to save changes without publishing them, or clicks Publish to make the changes available based on the configured publishing process.

Result: The frequently bought product associations are saved and applied to the product.

Validation

After saving or publishing:

The associated products appear in the Frequently Bought list for the selected product.
The product relationships are retained when the product record is saved.
Published changes become available according to the organization's configured publishing workflow.
