Managing the Legacy ERP Connector

Navigate to: Dev Center > Commerce Connector > Legacy ERP Connector

The “Legacy ERP Connector” mimics the functionality available in Znode 9’s “ERP Connector” module.  The “Data Exchanges” module introduced in Znode 10 is intended to replace the “Legacy ERP Connector” module; it is recommended to use the “Data Exchanges” module when implementing new data exchanges. The “Legacy ERP Connector” will not be enhanced and will be deprecated in the future.

Enable/Disable a Legacy ERP Connector

Navigate to: Dev Center > Commerce Connector > Legacy ERP Connector

There are two paths to enabling/disabling a legacy ERP connector. The act of enabling an ERP connector will automatically disable the previously enabled ERP connector. Once an ERP connector is enabled, a new menu item will appear under the Admin Dev Center menu - <ERP Connector Name> Configuration. Please refer to the Configuring the Legacy ERP Connector documentation for guidance.

The quickest path to enabling/disabling a connector is to find the connector in the Legacy ERP Connector grid and select the enable/disable icon under Action. You may also edit the status of a connector via editing the configuration.

  1. Select the legacy ERP connector to be edited by clicking the ERP Name link or selecting the edit icon (i.e. pencil) under Action.
  2. Edit the “Status” checkbox configuration. Checked means the ERP connector is enabled; unchecked is disabled.
  3. Save the update using the “Save” action. The page reloads with the update and with an action confirmation.
  4. The legacy ERP connector “Status” value has been edited.
