Introduction
Navigate to: Marketing > Site Search > Search Activity
In Site Search, Administrators can create and schedule indexing for all Products and Content Pages in a Store. Administrators can manually boost Product search result rankings for Products and Product Attributes using the Site Search module.
Znode uses Elasticsearch, a search engine based on Lucene. During indexing, Elasticsearch converts raw data, such as log files, into internal documents and stores them in a basic data structure. Changing your search provider will impact the usability of the features below.
Viewing Search Activity
Top Keywords
This report provides which keywords are searched the most on the webstore in descending order. The words which are searched the most are shown on the top and the words which are searched less are shown below.
Field | Description |
Search query | This shows the words which are searched the most |
Store name | This shows in which store that particular word was searched the most. |
Searches | The search number shows how many times the particular word was searched. |
Number of Results | This shows the search number and how many times the results were shown to the user. |
No Results Found
This report shows how many times a user got a “no results found” message on the webstore after performing a search.

Searches | The search number shows how many times the particular word was searched. and in no result found searches shows how many times this word gave no result to the users. |
Note - The administrator can sort the data using the Filter action, Store selector, and Date Range selector.
