Znode allows you to have Forms to collect important information from your users. The base theme includes two built in themes and you can create custom forms for your needs.
Built-In Forms
The out-of-box theme includes two forms out of the box:
- Contact Us. See: Contact Us Page
- Feedback. See: Customer Feedback Page
As users fill out these forms the submissions are saved as Service Requests. See: Managing Service Requests
Custom Forms
You can build custom forms for your own needs. Custom forms can include any number of fields that you define.
As users fill out customs forms the submissions are saved as Form Submissions: See: Managing Form Submissions
